Actively engaged as a lecturer since 2011 at a private campus in Jakarta, Dede Suleman obtained professional lecturer certification in the field of Management in 2018. Since 2022, he has been a Permanent Lecturer at the Faculty of Humanities and Business, Management Study Program at Pembangunan Jaya University. His significant contributions to the field of Marketing Management are evident through the publication of four books, three Intellectual Property Rights (HKI), and numerous scientific journals at both national and international levels, including reputable Scopus Q1 and Q2 indexed journals in the field of marketing management. Additionally, he plays a vital role as an Editor and reviewer for both National and International Journals.

Completing undergraduate studies in the Accounting program at Universitas Jenderal Soedirman in 2014, continuing to the Master's program in Management at the University of Indonesia and successfully completing the studies in 2016. In 2022, has completed doctoral studies at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah with a major in Islamic Banking. Currently, actively working as a lecturer and involved in writing scientific articles in the fields of banking, finance, and Islamic banking.

Mohamad Zein Saleh is a lecturer in the Department of Management. Before working as an academic, he had more than 25 years of experience in the industrial world as Sales and Marketing plus various other positions such as Legal, Human Resources, Business Development and Learning and Development in various companies including Indonesian Telecommunication, Singapore Telecommunications (SingTel) and PT. Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk, a company producing tires for the Achilles and Corsa brands - since 2019 has been included in the group of leading tire manufacturers in the world, Michelin France. Since 2001 until now he has also been active as a Lawyer at Saleh Riyanto and Partner who handles many corporate cases: litigation and non-litigation.
Scientific & Research Coordinator and Lecturer of Management Department
Yusuf Iskandar, born in Sukabumi, Indonesia, is a dedicated academic and entrepreneur in the fields of human resources management and social entrepreneurship. He completed his Bachelor's degree at Universitas Gadjah Mada, his Master's at the IPB University, and his Doctorate at Universitas Padjadjaran, focusing on Management Science. From 2014 to 2016, Yusuf worked as a Retail Banking Officer at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri before becoming the Founder of Sanskara Karya Group in 2021. He also holds a position as an Assistant Professor at Universitas Pembangunan Jaya since 2023, demonstrating his commitment to higher education. Academically, Yusuf has produced numerous internationally recognized works, including articles in Scopus and Web of Science indexed journals, as well as various international proceedings. His research excellence has been acknowledged through several research grants from the Ministry of Education and Culture and the DKP Sukabumi. Additionally, Yusuf is actively involved in professional organizations, including serving as the Chairman of the Indonesian Society of Management and Business Professionals (MPMBI). He also holds several professional certifications, including Chartered Economist. With his extensive experience, Yusuf continues to contribute to economic development and education in Indonesia.
Vice Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Business and Lecturer of Management Department
Dr. Yohanes Totok Suyoto is a senior lecturer in the Management Study Program, Universitas Pembangunan Jaya. He was previously the Head of the Management Study Program 2019-2023 and is currently the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Business. Prior to joining Universitas Pembangunan Jaya in 2018, he taught at Widya Mandala Catholic University, Surabaya, and Pelita Harapan University, Surabaya. Born in Malang on June 7, 1973, he has an education background in Philosophy and Marketing. He completed his education in Philosophy at Sekolah Tinggi Filsafat dan Teologi Widya Sasana, Malang in 1997, and obtained his Master and Doctor in Marketing from Pascasarjana Airlangga University, Surabaya in 2009 and 2018. This educational background made him teach several courses such as Philosophy of Science, Business Ethics, Marketing Management, Global Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Business Research Methods, and Entrepreneurship. He has obtained Certified Professional Marketer Asia (CPMA) from Asian Marketing Federation (AMF) in Singapore, and professional certification from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) to qualify as an experienced trainer and assessor in customer relationship management. During his academic career, he has authored several books and published numerous articles in recognized national and renowned international journals. He also served as a reviewer for several national and international journals.

Dr. Edi Purwanto is a dedicated academician with extensive experience in Strategic Management and Business Research Methodology. He currently lectures in the Department of Management and is Head of the Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) at Universitas Pembangunan Jaya. Dr. Purwanto's interdisciplinary expertise has earned him recognition as a prolific researcher and writer, not just at the national level, but also on the international stage. His significant contributions to academia through research and scholarly publications have made a global impact. Dr. Purwanto's exceptional contributions have been acknowledged with numerous awards. Notable among these are his recognition as the 2nd Runner-Up for UBM Best Lecturer of the Year 2015 and his consecutive wins as the Best Lecturer at UPJ in 2021 and 2022. He has also been honored with awards such as The Highest Score SINTA 3-year 2021 and 2022, Researcher of the Year 2021 and 2022, International Journal Author of the Year 2021 and 2022, Proceedings Author of the Year 2021 and 2022, Public Leadership of the Year 2021, and Networking Initiation of the Year 2022, all at UPJ.

Zulkifli, S.E., M.M., completed his undergraduate (S1) and postgraduate (S2) studies in the Financial Concentration Management Study Program at Mercu Buana University, Jakarta. A lecturer who has teaching experience includes: Financial Institutions and Capital Markets, Investment Management, Financial Report Analysis, Multivariate Analysis, Financial Research and Business Statistics. He was once a Practicing Stock Trader in the Capital Market.
Director of Jaya Center for Advanced Learning and Lecturer of Management Department
An academic with high dedication in the fields of entrepreneurship, digital marketing, entrepreneurial marketing and innovation, currently pursuing doctoral studies (Ph.D.) at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia. His expertise is not only recognized in the academic world but also in business practice. Currently he plays an important role as Head of Jaya Launch Pad at UPJ, guiding and developing the future generation of young entrepreneurs. His dedication to research and real contribution to society was recognized by being awarded a research grant by the Directorate of Higher Education. He is actively involved as a speaker at various universities and other institutions.

In addition to his strong understanding of Management, Teguh Prasetio has a keen interest in conducting research and community service, particularly in the areas of entrepreneurship, human resource management, and organization. Currently, Teguh Prasetio serves as the Coordinator of Jaya Launch Pad at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Pembangunan Jaya. He holds a Faculty Development Program certificate from the Wadhwani Foundation after completing entrepreneurship educator training. Teguh Prasetio has also obtained several competency certificates from BNSP and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
Besides being a lecturer, He has some publications as 10 National Journal-Accredited and 5 International Seminar Proceedings.

He is a versatile professional with a background in programming, graphic design, and academia. Graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Gunadarma University, He began their career in 2011 as an IT Support Specialist, concurrently delving into software development as a practitioner. With a knack for creativity, they also ventured into graphic design, mastering visual communication and branding.
In 2013, He transitioned into academia, joining STIE Pengembangan Bisnis dan Manajemen as a lecturer. Their experience in technology and design enriched their teaching methods, earning them recognition as a valued faculty member. Motivated by a passion for knowledge, He pursued a Master's degree in Management, specializing in Economics, further enhancing their expertise.
Currently serving as a Lecturer at Universitas Pembangunan Jaya, He continues to inspire and educate students while actively contributing to research and mentorship. Beyond academia, they remain dedicated to exploring new technologies and engaging in creative pursuits. With a commitment to lifelong learning and innovation, He is poised to make significant contributions in their field and beyond.

Dr. Endang Pitaloka completed his doctoral degree in Human Resources Management from the Management Science Doctoral Program at Padjadjaran University. Apart from having an educational background in HR Management, he also has an educational background and experience in the field of Economics. Before becoming a lecturer and during his time as a lecturer he was a Team Leader in the field of Economics and an Economic Expert for government and private projects. Currently Dr. Endang Pitaloka, who is familiarly called Mrs. Oka, is active as a lecturer in the Management Study Program at Pembangunan Jaya University.

Guntur Haludin is a management lecturer with a practical background with more than 20 years of experience in the fields of Human Resources, Quality Management, IT and Corporate Strategy. Currently serves as Business Performance Management Group IT, Ericsson Market Area India, South Asia and Oceania. Previously served as Director and CEO at Intraco Penta Prima Servis; a subsidiary of Intraco Penta Tbk which operates in the field of heavy equipment sales for Volvo Sweden and then Liugong China, and has served as Regional Head of Business Excellence and Regional Sales Operation Head in Ericsson Region Southeast Asia and Oceania.

Successfully guiding students to get funding for the P2MW program in 2022 & 2023 which is a program of the Directorate General of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and Culture to support entrepreneurial development among students. Success also guides students to get the Entrepreneurship Student Creativity Program (PKM-K) in 2023 which is a student creativity program in creating business activities.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Development Studies from Universitas Nommensen, Medan, and a Master's degree in Economics from Universitas Indonesia, Jakarta. Since 1992, I have been an academic lecturer and obtained a Lecturer Certificate from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). I teach various courses including Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Econometrics, Business Mathematics, Business Statistics, Investment Management, Financial Institutions and Capital Markets, Risk Management, Financial Management, and Operations Management.
I have taught at several institutions such as STIE Kampus Ungu, Jakarta, STIE Buddhi Tangerang, Universitas Bunda Mulia, and Universitas Multimedia Nusantara. Since 2010, I have been affiliated with Universitas Pembangunan Jaya (UPJ).
I am certified in Risk Management, holding a CRM (Certified Risk Management) from Quint Wellington Redwood, Australia, and a CRP (Certified Risk Professional) from BNSP, LSP-PM (Professional Certification Agency for Capital Market), Jakarta.
In addition to my teaching duties, I have held structural roles including Chair of STIE Buddhi Tangerang and Head of the Management Program at UPJ. I have also served as an expert consultant in the government sector, including positions as a Development Economics Expert at the Ministry of Disadvantaged Regions Development (KPDT), an Institutional Economics Expert at the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration, and an Economics Expert at the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs / National Land Agency.
